Mozilla's open culture

This explains a lot of the benefits of an open culture, especially among techies. In short, it’s easy to get people involved, it creates positive politics, and it allows for using more advanced tools than competitors. There’s a lot that’s in common with Source, and still, there are benefits we’re missing by not fully embracing this way of working.
